Alliance Consulting has an immediate need for a team of experienced Software QA Testers. Our client, located in the northern Atlanta suburbs, is looking to automate the currently manual test scripts for a large integration test effort, and the SQA team will be expected to participate in all phases of testing lifecycle.

The team members will facilitate development of test cases and independently perform software test case development, documentation and execution, generate automated test scripts, as well as analyze test data and transactions to identify patterns or errors. They will replicate and accurately document and maintain problems identified during testing activities and track the problems until they are closed, using tools such as TestDirector. They may become an expert in several application areas and be expected to facilitate testing across regions. The team members will assist in ensuring defect management guidelines are followed and will contribute to the development of test strategies and approaches.

Required skills:
* Must have 5+ years of structured testing experience and be able to execute according to structured testing methodologies. They will be able to take business requirements and decompose them into test cases.
* Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
* Must be able to function independently or as part of a team and produce quality results reliably and on time.
* Must have executed testing in a AS/400 environment
* Must have 3+ years experience with Mercury WinRunner
* Must have 3+ years experience writing TSL (TestScript Language) for the underlying code
* Should have experience doing data-driven testing (no "record and playback"-only testing)
* A technical background, up to and including experience as a software developer, is preferred

*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are REQUIRED
